Q:  Do you have a minimum charge?

A:  We do, the minimum charge for general and window cleaning is £40 +VAT, and for carpet, upholstery and curtain cleaning it's £50 +VAT.

 

Q:  Can you give me a quotation without seeing  the property?

A:  No, because properties vary greatly in size and condition, we cannot give a price until we have seen the property.  Our quotations are free and can be done prior to or on the day of the cleaning.  If you like, our office staff can give you an estimate over the phone to give you an idea.

 

Q:  How do I pay?

A:  You can pay by cash, credit or debit card upon completion of the work.  regular customers with an account will receive an invoice.

 

Q:  Do you charge VAT?

A:  Yes, all prices quoted are plus VAT.

 

Q:  What do I have to do?

A:  Not much, once you have met one of our supervisors and showed him/her what you would like done, you can leave them to it.  You do not needto supply any cleaning materials or supervise them.  So you can get on with your day and return later to a sparkling clean home.  If you are unable to meet us there, we are happy to pick up keys and give you a call once we have had a look around.

 

Q:  How far in advance do I need to book?

A:  To guarantee the time and day that suits you, we suggest booking as soon as possible but 3-4 days is ussually enough.  As well as working on weekends we try our best to be as flexible as possible and can often carry out work at very short notice.

 

Q:  Ho many cleaners can I expect and how long will it take?

A:  Usually our cleaning teams consits of a supervisor and 2-3 cleaners this may change depending on the size of the property.  Our office staff can give you an idea of how long you can expect it to take and when the supervisor has done an assessment they can then give you a better idea.

 

Q:  Can you clean all my house in one day?

A:  Yes, in most cases we can completely clean your house in one day.  We do this by increasing the number of cleaners and if necessary the supervisors on the job.  We appreciate in some cases this is not practical and we can allow to have a smaller team for extra days.

 

Q:  Can you clean just part of my property?

A:  Yes, we can clean as little or as much as you like (see minimum charges).  Once we have given you a itemised quote, you can pick and choose exactly what you need.

 

Q:  Are you insured?

A:  Yes, all work is covered by Public Liability.
