Our satisfaction guarantee is valid for up to 3 days of when the cleaning took place and includes a free return visit as soon as is possible by a supervisor and other cleaners if necessary to rectify any cleaning that was not carried out satisfactorily the first time. If we are not given this notice in time or are not given a chance to see the unsatisfactory cleaning then no refund of any kind will be entered into.

 


A credit or debit card is needed to secure all bookings. No money will be charged to the card with out the customers consent and the customer does not have to settle the bill with this card.

 


It is at the discretion of management to charge the customer with a minimum call out charge as a non- cancellation fee for failure to honor bookings made or cancelled with out due notice (24hrs) This charge is usually but not always avoidable but.
